In dit Privacy Statement beschrijven wij welke persoonsgegevens wij van u verwerken, hoe wij met uw persoonsgegevens omgaan en welke rechten in dat kader aan u toekomen. Stichting Oxville neemt uw privacy zeer serieus en behandelt uw gegevens daarom uiterst zorgvuldig. Voorop staat dat Stichting Oxville zich in alle gevallen houdt aan de eisen van de AVG.
SOORT PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Om u zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn, is het noodzakelijk dat wij uw persoonsgegevens verwerken. Persoonsgegevens die worden verzameld, worden door ons verwerkt in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving. Het betreft de volgende gegevens die wij van u kunnen verwerken: NAW-gegevens, geboortedatum- en plaats, telefoonnummer, emailadres en IP-adres.
DOEL VERWERKING PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Stichting Oxville gebruikt uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden: het uitvoeren en/of verwerking van transacties die via de website verlopen om de nieuwsbrief van Stichting Oxville te kunnen sturen mits u zich daarvoor heeft
aangemeld om mails met specifiek aanbod van Stichting Oxville te kunnen sturen mits u zich daarvoor heeft aangemeld voor servicemails, om u nader te kunnen informeren met betrekking tot de voorstelling waarvoor u kaarten heeft gekocht of gereserveerd (bijvoorbeeld om wijzigingen met betrekking tot de voorstelling door te geven voor statistische, analyse- en onderzoeksdoeleinden (waaronder klanttevredenheidsonderzoek) om uitvoering te kunnen geven aan Stichting Oxville van toepassing zijnde wettelijke verplichtingen.
NIEUWSBRIEVEN, SPECIFIEK AANBOD EN SERVICEMAILS
U kunt zich abonneren op onze nieuwsbrief en/of specifiek aanbod. Deze aanmeldingen kunt u op ieder moment opzeggen. Iedere nieuwsbrief of mail met specifiek aanbod bevat een afmeldlink. Uw e-mailadres wordt alleen met uw toestemming toegevoegd aan de lijst van abonnees.
Stichting Oxville doet aan klantprofilering. Stichting Oxville slaat interacties op t.b.v. het personaliseren en relevant maken van de inhoud van de nieuwsbrieven. Wilt u zich afmelding voor klantprofilering dan kunt u een mail sturen naar info@oxville.nl.
Wanneer u bij ons kaarten koopt voor een voorstelling, ontvangt u van ons twee servicemails. Dit betekent dat u een paar dagen voor uw bezoek informatie over uw geboekte voorstelling ontvangt en een dag na uw bezoek een bedankmail. Deze e-mails sturen wij u vanuit dienstverlening. Wanneer u deze mails niet wenst te ontvangen, dan kunt u zich op ieder moment voor deze e-mails afmelden via de afmeldlink die u onderaan onze e-mails kunt vinden.
COOKIES
Stichting Oxville maakt gebruik van verschillende cookies. Cookies zijn kleine bestandjes waar we informatie in kunnen opslaan zodat u die niet steeds hoeft in te vullen. Maar we kunnen er ook mee zien dat u ons weer bezoekt. Wanneer u onze dienst voor het eerst bezoekt, tonen wij een melding met uitleg over cookies. Wanneer u daarna onze dienst verder gebruikt, nemen wij aan dat u geen bezwaar heeft tegen de cookies. U kunt via uw browser het plaatsen van cookies uitschakelen. Let op! Als u cookies uitschakelt, is het niet mogelijk om online uw kaarten te bestellen. U kunt uw kaarten dan alleen telefonisch of aan de kassa kopen.
• Functionele cookies: Dit zijn noodzakelijke cookies. Om naar behoren te kunnen surfen door de sites, maken we soms gebruik van cookies. Uw pc onthoudt de indeling die u zelf gemaakt heeft. Met behulp van deze cookies kan Stichting Oxville er bijvoorbeeld voor zorgen dat u bij een bezoek aan onze website niet telkens dezelfde informatie in hoeft te voeren en dat de inhoud van uw winkelmandje niet verloren gaat.
• Cookies voor websitestatistieken: Stichting Oxville maakt gebruik van het programma
Google Analytics & GoSquared om te analyseren hoe onze website gebruikt wordt. Zo komen we te weten welke pagina’s het best worden bezocht, via welke browser men surft (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari enz.) of wat voor scherm wordt gebruikt. Op basis daarvan kunnen wij de effectiviteit en het gebruiksgemak van de website vergroten. Deze gegevens worden anoniem opgeslagen. Ze geven ons dus geen persoonlijke informatie over u.
• Cookies om u gericht te kunnen informeren: Stichting Oxville maakt gebruik van de tracking pixel t.b.v facebookcampagnes en online bannering.
BEWAREN GEGEVENS
Stichting Oxville bewaart gegevens niet langer dan voor de verwerkingsdoeleinden noodzakelijk is. Indien u gedurende vijf jaar geen kaart bij Stichting Oxville heeft gekocht, wordt de ontvangen informatie verwijderd uit onze systemen. Gegevens van klanten die zich hebben aangemeld voor onze nieuwsbrief en/of actiemails worden bewaard tot na het moment dat zij zich afmelden. De gegevens worden daarna uitsluitend nog gebruikt voor statistische doeleinden.
BEVEILIGING EN DERDEN
Stichting Oxville (en haar leveranciers) hebben technische en organisatorische beveiligingsmaatregelen getroffen om de gegevens waarover zij beschikt te beschermen tegen verlies, vernietiging of een andere vorm van onrechtmatige verwerking. Zo worden de ontvangen persoonsgegevens bijvoorbeeld opgeslagen op beveiligde servers. Voor uw gemak zijn op de website www.meervaart.nl hyperlinks opgenomen naar websites van derden. Graag maken wij u erop attent dat indien u deze websites bezoekt, het privacyreglement van deze derde partijen, en niet dat van Stichting Oxville, van toepassing is op de activiteiten die op u deze websites verricht en de informatie die u daar openbaar maakt.
INZAGE EN WIJZIGEN VAN UW GEGEVENS
Wanneer u vragen hebt of u wilt weten welke persoonsgegevens wij van u hebben, kunt u altijd contact met ons opnemen. U heeft de volgende rechten:
• Uitleg krijgen over welke persoonsgegevens we hebben en wat we daarmee doen
• Inzage in en het kunnen opvragen van de precieze persoonsgegevens die we van u hebben
• Het laten corrigeren van fouten en het kunnen aanpassen van uw persoonsgegevens

Let op dat u altijd duidelijk aangeeft wie u bent, zodat we zeker weten dat we geen gegevens van de verkeerde persoon aanpassen of verwijderen.

We kunnen dit Privacy Statement van tijd tot tijd wijzigen en zullen op onze website dan een update plaatsen.

In this Privacy Statement we describe which personal data we process from you, how we deal with your personal data and which rights you are entitled to in that context. Stichting Oxville takes your privacy very seriously and therefore treats your data with the utmost care. First and foremost, Stichting Oxville complies with the requirements of the AVG in all cases.
TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA
To serve you as good as possible, it is necessary that we process your personal data. Personal data that is collected is processed by us in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The following data may be processed by us: NAW-data, date and place of birth, telephone number, email address and IP address.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Stichting Oxville uses your personal data for the following purposes:
executing and/or processing transactions that take place via the website
To be able to send the Stichting Oxville newsletter, provided that you have signed up for it.
To be able to send emails with specific offers from Stichting Oxville, if you have signed up for it.
For service e-mails, to be able to inform you further regarding the show for which you have bought or reserved tickets (e.g. to pass on changes regarding the show).

NEWSLETTERS, SPECIFIC OFFERS AND SERVICE E-MAILS
You can subscribe to our newsletter and/or specific offers. You can cancel these subscriptions at any time. Every newsletter or mail with specific offers contains an unsubscribe link. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission.
Stichting Oxville does customer profiling. Stichting Oxville stores interactions in order to personalise the content of its newsletters and make them relevant. If you want to unsubscribe from customer profiling, please send an email to info@oxville.nl.
When you buy tickets for a show from us, you will receive a service e-mail from us.
COOKIES
Stichting Oxville makes use of several cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to fill it in every time. But they also allow us to see that you are visiting us again. When you first visit our service, we show a message explaining about cookies. If you disable cookies, it will not be possible to order your tickets online. You can then only buy your tickets by telephone or at the box office.

STORING DATA
Stichting Oxville does not keep data longer than is necessary for the processing purposes. If you have not purchased a card from Stichting Oxville for five years, the information received is removed from our systems. Data of customers who have subscribed to our newsletter and/or action mails is kept until the moment they unsubscribe. The data will then only be used for statistical purposes.
SECURITY AND THIRD PARTIES
Stichting Oxville (and its suppliers) have taken technical and organisational security measures to protect the data in its possession from loss, destruction or any other form of unlawful processing. For example, the personal data received is stored on secure servers. For your convenience, the website www.oxville.nl contains hyperlinks to third-party websites. We would like to point out that if you visit these websites, the privacy regulations of these third parties, and not those of Stichting Oxville, apply to the activities you perform on these websites and the information you disclose there.
