PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Met de door jou verstrekte persoonsgegevens zal conform de privacywetgeving worden omgegaan. Je gegevens zullen alleen gebruikt worden door Stichting Oxville, en – indien van toepassing – de medeorganisator van het evenement waarvoor gegevens verstrekt worden.

Bij elke aankoop slaan we je naam en e-mailadres op om je de e-tickets toe te sturen. Naar aanleiding van een online aankoop kun je voor of na de voorstelling een mail ontvangen om je te informeren over praktische zaken betreffende de voorstelling en je bezoek of ten behoeve van klanttevredenheidsonderzoek. Je gegevens zullen niet gebruikt worden voor marketingdoeleinden.

Er zullen in geen geval gegevens aan derden (anders dan medeorganisatoren van de door jou bezochte voorstelling) worden verstrekt zonder je expliciete toestemming.

TOEGANG TOT DE FILM
Toegang tot de film is mogelijk tot maximaal 10 minuten na aanvang van de voorstelling en uitsluitend op vertoon van een geldig filmticket.

OMBOEKEN
Tickets kunnen omgeboekt worden naar een andere voorstelling, mits het verzoek tijdig (48 uur voor aanvang van de voorstelling) bij ons binnen is per e-mail aan info@oxville.nl en mits er beschikbaarheid is voor de betreffende voorstelling. De omboeking is pas definitief als de bezoeker per mail een bevestiging heeft ontvangen met de nieuwe tickets. Indien deze omboeking tot een hogere prijs leidt dan moet de bezoeker het verschil betalen. Indien deze omboeking tot een lagere prijs leidt dan wordt het verschil niet gerestitueerd.

RESTITUTIE
– Bij verlies of diefstal van het ticket vindt geen restitutie of vervanging plaats.
– Indien er, om welke reden dan ook, geen of niet tijdig gebruik wordt gemaakt van het ticket vindt er geen restitutie plaats.
– Het is ter beoordeling van Stichting Oxville of de omstandigheden dusdanig zijn dat er restitutie of vervanging van het filmticket plaatsvindt.

ANNULERING VOORSTELLING
Indien de voorstelling geannuleerd is dan heeft de bezoeker recht op restitutie van het aankoopbedrag.

KIJKWIJZER
Wij houden ons aan de regels zoals vastgesteld door het NICAM in de Kijkwijzer. In verband met naleving van deze regels kan er om legitimatie gevraagd worden door onze medewerkers. Wil of kan de bezoeker deze niet overleggen of blijkt dat de bezoeker niet aan de regels voldoet dan zal de toegang geweigerd worden en vindt er geen restitutie plaats. PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided by you will be handled in accordance with the privacy legislation. Your data will only be used by Stichting Oxville, and – if applicable – by the co-organiser of the event for which data are supplied.

With every purchase we save your name and e-mail address to send you the e-tickets. Following an online purchase, you may receive an email before or after the performance to inform you about practical matters relating to the performance and your visit or for the purpose of customer satisfaction surveys. Your details will not be used for marketing purposes.

Under no circumstances will information be passed on to third parties (other than co-organisers of the performance visited by you) without your explicit permission.

ADMISSION TO THE FILM
Access to the film is possible up to 10 minutes after the start of the screening and only on presentation of a valid film ticket.

REBOOKING
Tickets can be rebooked for another screening, provided the request is received in good time (48 hours before the screening) by sending an e-mail to info@oxvillle.nl and provided there is availability for the relevant screening. The re-booking is not final until the visitor has received a confirmation by e-mail with the new tickets. If this re-booking results in a higher price, the visitor must pay the difference. If the rebooking results in a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.

REFUND
– In case of loss or theft of the ticket there will be no refund or replacement.
– If, for any reason, the ticket is not used, there is no refund.
– It is at the discretion of Stichting Oxville whether the circumstances are such that there is a refund or replacement of the film ticket.

CANCELLATION
If the screening is cancelled, the visitor is entitled to a refund of the purchase price.

KIJKWIJZER
We adhere to the rules as laid down by NICAM in the Kijkwijzer. In connection with compliance with these rules, our staff may ask for proof of identity. If the visitor is unable to produce this or if it appears that the visitor does not comply with the rules, admission will be refused and there will be no refund.
